On 4 June 2009, Member States have endorsed Ambassador Pablo Macedo of Mexico as Chairperson-designate for the Fourth Biennial Meeting of States (BMS4) to Consider the Implementation of the Programme of Action to Prevent, Combat and Eradicate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in All Its Aspects. BMS4 will be held in New York from 14 - 18 June 2010 (provisional).
